Common questions

How long does proofing take?

Standard proofing turnaround is usually a few business days. Search production times for the latest timing before placing a deadline-sensitive order.

What file format should I send?

Send a full-resolution TIFF, PNG, or high-quality JPEG with an embedded sRGB or Adobe RGB profile.

Can I reorder a print I bought before?

Yes. Search for reprints or contact support with the original order number so the studio can review the prior file and settings.

Do you offer trade or pro pricing?

Artists, studios, and partners can ask about pro accounts, partner workflows, volume orders, and POD support.
