Common questions

How long does production take?

Production timing can vary by product, finishing, order volume, and selected rush options. Checkout estimates, order emails, and tracking links are the best places to confirm timing for a specific order.

What file format should I send?

Send a full-resolution TIFF, PNG, or high-quality JPEG with an embedded sRGB or Adobe RGB profile. Keep the file at the final image size whenever possible.

What print products can I order?

Stackhouse offers loose giclee, photo, canvas, and mini prints; mounted prints and gallery wrapped canvas; packaged prints; media samples; and art scanning services.

Do you offer custom framing?

No custom framing is offered. For display-ready options, look at mounted prints, gallery wrapped canvas, and matting package prints, then check your frame or mat specs before ordering.

Can you scan original artwork?

Yes. Stackhouse offers local and mail-in fine art scanning with high-resolution TIFF and JPEG delivery, color matching, file optimization, and reproduction support.

Do you support dropshipping or fulfillment?

Yes. Artists, studios, and partners can review dropshipping and fulfillment help for production, packaging, and shipping directly to customers.
