Custom Order Requests and Special Instructions

Use the product options in the order builder for standard choices such as size, material, border, crop, and quantity. If you need something outside those choices, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the price, production plan, and timing.

When to contact us first

Ask for a custom review before checkout if you need an unusual size or finish, a large run, special packing, a firm deadline, or another request that could change the price or how the order is made. A checkout note is not an approval of a custom product or delivery date.

What to include

• The product and material you want.
• Finished size, quantity, and any border or finishing details.
• How the prints will be packed or shipped, if you have a specific requirement.
• Your deadline and destination ZIP code or country.
• Artwork details or a file name, if the request depends on the image.

Submit a Help Center request with those details. We will let you know what is possible and how to place the order.

Special instructions on a standard order

If checkout offers a note or special-instruction field, use it for clear details about an order you have already configured. Review the product options and cart before paying. If your note would change the product, price, production speed, or shipping method, ask us first and wait for confirmation.

If the order is already placed, use Modifying or Canceling an Order Before Processing and include the order number and exact item affected. Changes may no longer be possible after production starts.
