Steps for Submitting an Address Change
Contact Us Immediately
Address changes can only be made before your order has shipped. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately.

Provide Order Information
When requesting an address change, include the following details:
- Order number
- Full name
- Current shipping address
- New shipping address
Confirmation
Once we receive your request, we will confirm the change via email or phone. If the order has already shipped, we may be unable to make the adjustment, but we’ll work with you to explore possible solutions.

- Timing Matters: Address changes can only be made before the order is processed for shipping. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to contact the carrier directly to request an address reroute.
- Carrier Contact: If the order has shipped, you can also contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly with your tracking number to inquire about address changes or delivery holds.
