Before You Begin

• Make changes before submitting checkout. For an order already placed, see Modifying or Canceling an Order Before Processing.
• Check which image and print settings belong to the item you want to change, especially if your cart contains several prints.

How to Change a Cart Item

Change the quantity

Use the quantity controls next to the item in your cart. Wait for the cart to update, then check the quantity and total again.

After changing the quantity to two, check that the quantity and line total update.

Change the print settings

If you see Edit print for that item, select it and review the saved image, crop, size, media, border, and other available choices. Save the updated print and confirm the cart shows the intended version. If editing is unavailable, remove the item and add a newly configured print.

Remove an item

Select Remove next to the print you no longer want. Check the cart afterward so you know the correct item was removed.

Check the cart before checkout

Review each image, print option, quantity, and price. If an item shows an artwork or cart error, follow the message shown on the page or contact us before checkout.

Important Notes

• Changing a quantity does not change an item's file, crop, or material.
• When you rebuild a print, review its preview again before adding it to the cart.
• If a cart update appears uncertain, refresh and inspect the cart before trying the change again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I not see Edit print?

That option may not be available for every item. Remove the item and configure a new print, or contact us if the cart will not let you make the change.

Can I edit an item after checkout?

Cart controls apply before checkout. After placing an order, contact us promptly with the order number and the exact change needed.
