If a standard size does not fit your artwork, check the product's Custom size option in the order builder. Availability depends on the product and your file. Contact us before ordering if the dimensions you need are not offered or the piece needs special handling.
Enter a custom size
- Choose the print product and upload or select your image.
- Open Size & Crop, then select Custom size.
- Enter the image width and height in inches. The proportions control can keep the two dimensions linked or let you change them separately.
- Review the updated preview and resolution guidance. Set the size, adjust the crop if needed, and check that no important detail falls outside the print area.
- Choose the remaining options and review the final dimensions before checkout.
Image size versus final size
For a paper print, the dimensions you enter are the printed image area. A paper border adds to the final sheet size. For example, a 9 × 11 image with a 1-inch border on each side becomes an 11 × 13 sheet. Borders do not reduce the image size or restore anything cropped from your file. Read How to Use Borders in Your Prints before ordering for a specific frame or mat.
When to contact us first
Send us a request if the builder does not offer your size, shows a resolution warning you cannot resolve, or the piece needs unusual finishing, packing, or shipping. Include the product type, desired image size, border, quantity, file pixel dimensions, and deadline if there is one. We can review what is possible before you place the order.
