Carriers and shipping cost
Our international services include USPS Ground Advantage International and UPS Worldwide Expedited where available. Orders over 24 inches may have additional shipping costs. Review the service and total charge in the cart before placing your order. If a destination or service does not appear, contact us before ordering.
Duties, taxes, and customs
The recipient is responsible for any import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. If those charges go unpaid, the package will be abandoned at customs and cannot be retrieved. A new order would be needed to receive the prints.
Timing and tracking
Allow for production time, carrier transit, and any customs processing. A faster shipping service does not shorten production or guarantee a customs release date. Once the order ships, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
If a package remains missing in transit, the international review window is 15 business days after the expected delivery date. See the Lost Package Policy for what to send us.
Before a time-sensitive order
Contact support with the destination country, product, finished size, quantity, and date needed. We can review the available shipping options before you order, but customs and carrier delivery dates can change.
